I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and beautifully clean, equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The hotel had good-sized rooms on the 17th floor, but the noise of smoke from the street and neighboring guests partying early in the morning was annoying. The service was polite, very helpful, and attentive, even at 4 am when I was leaving. The location was perfect for all activities, facing the Giza zoo with a distant view of the pyramids. The dining experience was exceptional, with the best in all our lodging in Egypt. However, the grilled meats were not tasty. The facilities were top-notch.
